Breakfast for supper is my favorite. Try our country bacon for an evening meal. It is sure to be enjoyed. Drain all but enough dripping from bacon to stir 3 heaping tablespoons flour into it easily. Remove from stove to mix well. Stir in until drippings are thoroughly mixed with flour. Return to stovetop upon medium high heat. Quickly add 4 to 5 cups milk and stir. Reduce heat after milk is well heated. Cook on medium low heat until thicked. Salt and pepper to taste before removing from stove. Great to pour over hot biscuits.
